Novena to the Sacred Heart
On June 11, 2026, as the United States of America commemorates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the country to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
All Catholics are encouraged to join the bishops in praying for the unity and healing of our country. Below is a link to guide you during the novena. We will be praying the novena after daily morning Masses here at St. Michael in English.

Happening in our Diocese
World Youth Day 2027 July 29-August 10, 2027
Seoul, South Korea
Join young adults from the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend for World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul. This once-in-a-generation pilgrimage gathers young people from every nation with Pope Leo XIV for prayer, worship, friendship, and unforgettable encounters with Christ.
Theme for WYD 2027: “Take Courage! I have overcome the world.” (Jn 16:33)
Why Seoul? South Korea is home to one of the most remarkable stories in Church history—the Catholic faith took root there through laypeople before missionaries ever arrived. Today, it remains a vibrant and growing witness to the Gospel.
This is more than a trip. It’s a pilgrimage that can change your life.
Young adults of our diocese: prayerfully consider coming with us!
