IMPORTANCE OF REGISTERING AS A MEMBER OF SAINT MICHAEL PARISH
You can be registered in the following ways:
 ♦ Calling or visiting the office during business
♦ Completing and printing the form and sending it to the office.
♦ Registration forms can be found on our website.
♦ Make use of the envelopes that you will receive in the mail each month.
Benefits of being a registered member:
♦ You and your family can receive the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation.
♦ You can receive benefits in the special contribution for active parishioners at your wedding ceremony, Quinceañeras or funerals.
♦ You can request letters of reference for various personal and or legal reasons (for example: letters for immigration matters).
♦ You can use the envelopes as proof of address.
♦ Letters of authorization or permission to be godparents and/or to receive sacraments in other parishes.
♦ Scholarships for your children to attend Catholic schools.
♦ Receive your annual contribution report for use as a tax reduction.
Use of envelopes:
♦ Use the envelopes to make your regular donation when attending Mass.  
In case you forget your envelopes when attending Mass, you can send them directly to the parish office.
♦ Notify the secretary when to change address and/or telephone number.
♦ When you stop using the envelopes for 3 months in a row, the envelopes will be canceled, and you will be an inactive member of St. Michael Parish. Note: The amount you can donate is NOT the most important thing, using the envelopes is. Using the envelopes can help us determine whether you are an active or inactive member.

IMPORTANCIA DE REGISTRARSE COMO MIEMBRO DE LA PARROQUIA DE SAN MIGUEL
Puede registrarse de las siguientes maneras:

Beneficios de ser miembro registrado:
♦ Usted y su familia pueden recibir los sacramentos de iniciación: Bautismo, Primera Comunión y Confirmación.
♦ Puede recibir beneficios en la contribución especial para feligreses activos en su boda, quinceañera o funeral.
♦ Puede solicitar cartas de referencia por diversos motivos personales o legales (por ejemplo, cartas para asuntos de inmigración).
♦ Puede usar los sobres como comprobante de domicilio. ♦ Cartas de autorización o permiso para ser padrinos y/o recibir sacramentos en otras parroquias.
♦ Becas para que sus hijos asistan a escuelas católicas.
♦ Reciba su informe anual de contribuciones para usarlo como deducción de impuestos.
Uso de los sobres:
♦ Use los sobres para hacer su donación regular al asistir a misa.
Si olvida sus sobres al asistir a misa, puede enviarlos directamente a la oficina parroquial.
♦ Notifique a la secretaria cuando cambie de dirección y/o número de teléfono.
♦ Si deja de usar los sobres durante 3 meses consecutivos, estos serán cancelados y usted será un miembro inactivo de la Parroquia de San Miguel. Nota: La cantidad que puede donar no es lo más importante, sino el uso de los sobres. Usar los sobres puede ayudarnos a determinar si usted es un miembro activo o inactivo.
